It’s not uncommon for patients to request multiple procedures to be undertaken at the same time. Sometimes this is a good idea, particularly if time is at a premium. Sometimes it is a bad idea, particularly if it threatens your health, or your surgeon thinks that it will result in you producing a poor outcome. People do insist in arguing however.
Mr Brown says that if the man who could make money out of you tells you that undergoing a procedure is a bad idea – listen to him! It’s probably good advice.
